I bought a x hover-1 electric folding scooter on Saturday August 18 2019. I charged it and the battery charger turned green saying it was done. When i tried to use it. It wouldnt turn on. What can i do to fix it? My scooter has a blue button in the middle not at red button. Every thing else os the same?

HOW TO RESET YOUR HOVER-1 EAGLE SCOOTER! FINALLY! If ifixit let’s this post?!
OK I may be the first person to figure this out (no help from Hover 1 support) so I’m going to let you know how I was able to get my shorted Hover-1 Eagle to turn on again. Here goes:
Step 1. - Plug the charging cable into the Eagle scooter.
Step2. - Hold down the blue power button (don’t let go.)
Step3. - While holding down the blue on/off/power button, now unplug the charger cord from the scooter. As soon as the cable is unplugged you can release the blue power button and your screen should come back on.
This took me FOREVER to figure out on my own and I figured it out due to complete desperation. I tried adding a 36v back-up battery in parallel to double my ride time and needless to say despite working I ended up shorting the feed wire on accident. The short ended up putting the scooter in a safe mode (I think) which wouldn’t allow me to turn it on. So I tried a bunch of combinations of holding the blue button down for long periods of time cranking the brake and throttle to no avail. Until I thought…what if I try doing this with the power cord in. I just happened to plug the cored in while holding down the blue button and then pulled the cord out and released the button to find my screen lit up and came back on! That made me super happy - so I’m sharing this info with the rest of my eagle1 compadres. Good luck hope this works for you! Your friendly scooter hacker -heatgap

When I tried to turn mine on the battery was green and I don’t know what else to do the internet won’t help me out they just said hold the blue button and unplug the charger at the same time let the blue button go but it should automatically turn on yet it’s doing the opposite...
I have a Hover-1 pioneer scooter that just didn't power up one morning. Seems to be no electric scooter shops in PHX,Az. Any suggestions on how to reset my unit or repair. TKS for any help my brother's and sister's. Hollywoodhayes.

Mine still won't turn on.
This worked for me, (Still won't take charge) but it turned on and moved 5 feet! So that's 1 step closer.

If you didnt already charge it then try that but if you did then you have to keep holding on the on button i think that will turn it on

I replace my Hover 1 Alpha 36 volt 350 watt coonyroller with a 36 volt 500 watt controller and its showing error code E6?I didnt have a wiring doagram for the 500 watt so if anyone can give me some advice please do??Also does the hover 1 alpha have a fuse for the battery?

My tire won't rotate my front
I just got my scooter in today and I took it out the box and charged it for about 5 hours , when I turn the scooter on it beeps repeatedly and shows a backwards 23 on the screen.. Havnt been able to figure out the problem. Please help?

Backward 23? I think that is actually E2 meaning error code #2 which is a bad Hall Effect that regulates the throttle. It's not real easy to get apart and you may find it even harder to get a replacement part. The handle is reverse thread so rotate clockwise to remove, this makes the plastic retaining clip easier to get to. Try prying the throttle control off the shoulder of the retain clip, there's 3, one at a time, and slipping a piece of thin plastic between the two ( I used pieces of a plastic soda bottle). Then slide the throttle lever out from the throttle body. Careful! There's a spring that doesn't play nice! Once removed you'll probably notice a magnet out of place. It will most likely be stuck to the other and if you see a little rectangular piece of plastic lose inside, that's you're Hall sensor. On my scooter the throttle was turned too far, still don't know how, even stranger is how the company allows that possibility. I was able to remove mine and get it re-sodered to the tiny PCB. I had same problem before and all i did was to check on the relay cables connected from the controller circuit to the motor, they're three of different colors I don't know which colors yours got, but check for loose contact along these three cables connected to the motor then try to interchange them then observe the rotation if it works, reconnect it back to the original connection it will work
My scooter shows a code E4 and I looked it up and it says throttle so I replaced the throttle button and it still says the same thing what do I do please help
Mine did this and i had been pressing down to hard on the throttle..so I pushed it in the other direction I guess it lined the hall sensors back up..good luck
I have a hover 1 eagle and it’s only charging to 3 bars instead of 4 and it’s draining very fast I’d say 5 - 10 mins ride if that, however when Charing it the light goes red and then changes to green shortly after then back to red I tried a new charger and same things happened so does that mean it needs a new battery? Please help

I have a Hover-1 Eagle given to my son. Like the one's mentioned here will not start if I press the blue button. I have tried everything, Halfords won't touch it as they say they don't sell them. I shall have to destroy it somehow, saw in half and put various parts in the recycling bin. Thanks for all the suggestions. JMR of Wellington Shropshire.

Yeah I way it's something and there's a way to figure out if you I can't remember now but yeah you just have to figure out type in sleep mode on Google how to yeah I don't know what happened to say someone else is speaking for me it out of sleep mode and I didn't know that and I returned mine too but anyway I lost a lot of them like that but if you want to always try to reset a scoo I'm going to leave this down here and

My Hoover-1.. is trash, no power or nothing!!.. bought a new charger, but green light is on , but on the charger, don't know what that means, %#*@ Chinese made trash!!!!!

Well no wonder it won't turn on. It's severly depressed at having the blues! Sorry couldn't resist. :-) First thing I would do if trying to find the problem of this sort is to access the battery with the voltage settings on a multimeter and make sure that it is indeed fully charged. Determining if the switch is operational would be the next step. Visual inspections of the scooter's electronics area(s) for such signs of damage such as component failure, cracked or dry solder joints, loose connections or wires would also be indicated as a proceedure to follow to determine the cause of your problem.

My scooter led display comes on. But just blinks rapidly after we put the wiring back together. I can't find the answer of why it would just blink rapidly instead of just turning on. Please help me

Was running perfectly then just quit... it’s fully charged and I great condition... I stopped after climbing a big hill.
